Refunds & Cancellations
This policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and billing work for paid subscriptions to CoSecAI. All prices and refunds are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless expressly noted otherwise. The annual plan is charged as taxable value plus 18% GST on that value (see list pricing below).
1. Products and list pricing (INR)
The following paid product is offered on our standard terms:
- CoSecAI — company secretarial software (SaaS) — ₹29,500 (INR) total per year (INR), billed annually; 18% GST is calculated on the plan price. Cloud-based software for practising Company Secretaries and compliance teams: companies & LLPs, 50+ document types, statutory registers, compliance calendar, meeting scheduler, email & Telegram reminders, Sachiv AI, director/shareholder data, imports, and related tools.
Current standard list: taxable value ₹25,000 (INR), GST at 18% (₹4,500 (INR)), total ₹29,500 (INR) per year. See also Other Details for the summary table.
2. Cancellation by you
You may stop using the Service at any time. For subscription renewals, if we offer self-service cancellation before the next billing date, cancelling will prevent future charges. If you wish to cancel a renewal or delete your account, contact us at the email on our Contact Us page.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the paid period has started, because the Service is delivered digitally and access is activated immediately after successful payment. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in INR to the original payment method where:
- A duplicate charge or clear payment processing error occurred;
- The Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault and we cannot restore access; or
- Required by applicable law or payment network rules.
Refund requests must be sent to the contact email on our Contact Us page with your account email and transaction details. Approved refunds are processed in INR to the original mode of payment where technically possible; timelines may depend on banks and payment partners (typically within 5–14 business days after approval).
4. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help. Misuse of chargeback mechanisms may result in account suspension.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of paid services after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
